Training, guidance and support will be provided. The Tetra Society is looking for self motivated individuals with the skills to build custom assistive devices for Kingston residents with a disability. We are looking for engineers, carpenters, handymen, seamstress, anyone with the skills to contribute to a project that will give a Kingston resident with a disability, more independence in their life. There are no minimum hours, we appreciate any time that you can share your skills. You decide on the project you wish to work on, alone or with another volunteer. Tetra covers all the cost associated with the project, including transportation costs to and from the store and the client's residence.
