The 2026 Kingston-Belleville MS Walk is taking place Sunday, May 31st at 11:00 AM at Lake Ontario Park & Pavillion, Kingston (920 King Street West, Kingston, ON). We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring this event to life!MS Walk is a one-day event held at over 50 locations across Canada, bringing together people impacted by multiple sclerosis. On May 31st, gather your friends, family, and coworkers for a day of meaningful action. Clients and volunteers may visit in the client’s home for things like conversation or playing cards, the volunteer can run errands with the client, or they can enjoy activities outside the home, like walking or visiting local parks.

Join our H'art Studio program and work alongside artist participants with intellectual or developmental disabilities and community artist instructors to support inclusive arts workshops in visual arts, theatre, dance, music, storytelling and more. Volunteers will gain hands on experience and contribute to a supportive creative community.Volunteers are asked to commit about half a day per week for six months. The Tetra Society is looking for self motivated individuals with the skills to build custom assistive devices for Kingston residents with a disability. We are looking for engineers, carpenters, handymen, seamstress, anyone with the skills to contribute to a project that will give a Kingston resident with a disability, more independence in their life. There are no minimum hours, we appreciate any time that you can share your skills. You decide on the project you wish to work on, alone or with another volunteer. Tetra covers all the cost associated with the project, including transportation costs to and from the store and the client's residence.
