The Seniors Association Kingston Region is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides over 300 programs and services to its members and non members. We are run largely by aging adult volunteers, and have created a strong sense of community and social belonging among seniors in Kingston and the surrounding areas.
We offer a hot meal at lunchtime, five days a week, all year long. The Wearhouse operates offering free household items and clothing to those who visit our facility. We also offer an Emergency Food Pantry to assist our neighbours who are running short and find themselves without enough food.

Take a Pain Check Foundation is a Canadian registered, international youth-led community and non-profit organization founded in self-advocacy to empower youth with rheumatic diseases. They host bi-weekly podcasts, run ambassador programs for health professionals and youth, pilot rheumatic-related events, feature stories on their blog platform and lead monthly Joint Chat Rheum hangouts.

W.A.F.F.L.E.S. (Wild About Family & Friends Learning Engineering & Science) Community Robotics is a not-for-profit, volunteer-operated organization located in Kingston, Ontario Canada. We have a family of community-based FIRST Robotics programs for youth aged 4 through 18. Our youngest students start off with LEGO DUPLO, with subsequent age groups moving on to LEGO robotics kits. Older students design, build and program custom metal robots with our high school students toping the scale with a 120lb robot.

We are looking for volunteers to spend a hour fitting a client with clothes. For work, job interview, wedding, get some new threads or whatever reason. We take donations of gently used clothes that we fit to men.

Our is to create a more resilient and environmentally conscious Kingston by connecting local food businesses, residents, and organizations to minimize waste!
We operate through various initiatives, including food recovery programs and community outreach. Our food recovery efforts involve collecting surplus food from local businesses and redistributing it to local charities and food banks in need, ensuring that no food goes to waste. By raising awareness about the environmental impacts of food waste, we aim to inspire a culture of sustainability in Kingston.

<strong>We are currently looking for volunteer drivers with a license to go on "food delivery runs" from local Kingston restaurants to assigned charities. (Distances are max 1 hour) </strong>
