Description de l'opportunité
Ongwanada has been a member of the community since 1948 and has been working in developmental services since 1967. A non-profit, organization, Ongwanada, supports people with developmental disabilities, with a special focus on those with complex needs and their families so that they can lead full lives, effectively supported in their communities.
We are currently seeking new volunteers for the Board of Directors. The Board is charged with looking to the future, while ensuring that risk is well managed within the organization.
Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
• Legal
• Labour Relations
• Government Relations
However, all qualified applicants with a commitment to strong governance and community impact are encouraged to apply.
