Are you looking for a way to make a difference in Kingston? The Kingston Frontenac Public Library (KFPL) has announced a new volunteer opening that might be the perfect fit for you.

New Opportunity: Home Library Service Driver The library is currently seeking volunteer drivers for their Home Library Service. This is a vital role that helps bring library materials to members of our community who cannot visit the library themselves.

  • Application Deadline: February 16, 2026
  • Role: Delivering books and materials to homebound residents.

Requirements & Benefits To apply, you need a safe driving record, your own vehicle, and insurance. You will also need a Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).

  • Perk: The library provides mileage reimbursement for volunteer drivers.
